A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer on the
Conversations AI Team.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain scalable APIs for AI-driven
conversational tools
Integrate LLMs, OpenAI models, and RAG techniques into the AI
platform
Lead the design and deployment of backend systems on AWS using
Python
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of professional software development experience, with 1-2
years in AI solutions
Proven experience in building and scaling backend systems in
high-growth environments
Expertise in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and building modular
APIs
Deep understanding of relational databases and AWS architecture
Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
