Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Engineer with
enterprise software experience to join their Client Success &
Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, triage, and resolve support tickets while documenting
actions taken
Assist clients with technical product and configuration issues,
ensuring high client satisfaction
Prepare specifications for escalation and identify potential delays
in resolution
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or relevant
work experience
Knowledge of help desk ticketing and workflows
Basic SQL and T-SQL programming experience
Experience with SaaS and/or on-premise software
Familiarity with Soap and Rest APIs, XML, and JSON
