• Certification Details
• AHA only. When qualifying, please refer to the Bronson Healthcare - Compliance Certificate Matrix in the facility-specific section to determine what certs are needed for the assigned unit.
• Required for all ED at BMH and all RRTs at BMH.
• Required for RRTs if job order indicates they will be working in Pediatrics, and ED at BMH.
• NRP issued by American Academy of Pediatrics or American Medical Learning Center is acceptable.
• Required for RRTs at BMH, if job order indicates they will be working in Pediatrics.
• Required for all BMH ED.
• National Tech Cert as applicable to be uploaded here.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement.

  • Michigan RN License Pending OK
  • BLS (AHA) and NIH are required
  • Strong Post Surgical Competencies Required
  • Skills required: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Colostomy care, Feeding tube care and management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Heparin, Insulin, PCA, Surgical drains, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Tracheostomy Management, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year MedSurg or PCU experience. Must be ok with ratios (1:6)
      • Schedule Information
      • Call Requirement: none
      • Weekend Requirement: every other
      • Float: Will float to other MS, ICU and ED Waiting units as needed
        • Additional Details
        • AyaDirect Travelers - I9 required per contract.
        • APN/Sub Travelers - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form and completed by the APN prior to documentation due date. Must be signed by hand or a legally binding electronic signature (i.e. docusign or equivalent).
        • Government issued photo ID.
        • Everify required per contract.
        • Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents. Provide legal documentation of the name change, such as a marriage license, divorce decree, etc.
