Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy.Reason for Coverage: New program growthDates of Coverage: Oct 7, 2024 for 10 monthsShifts Per Month: Full Time - 5 days per week. But we can accommodate part time (partial weeks or some weeks on/some weeks off).Call Ratio: 1:5Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, GeriatricPercentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% OncologyNumber of Physicians in Practice: 7 across 2 locationsAPPs Provide Coverage: 10Average Number of Outpatient Per Day: 10-15 Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day: 15Clinical Area: Oncology - OutpatientTrauma Level/Designation: Level 2 TraumaDocumentation System/EMR: EpicProcedures Required

• Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
• Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/Peritoneal
• FNA/Biopsy
• Mgmt. of VAD/CV CathetersAdministration of Chemotherapy: Physician orders. Nurse AdministersDuties Required
