Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, COB to
resolve claims from hospital providers that were denied due to
missing patient information.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse inventory of accounts with complex denials and
ensure timely resolution
Prepare and submit appeals with necessary documentation to obtain
timely payments
Maintain professional relationships with patients and payer
representatives while documenting account resolutions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Claims experience is helpful, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
