Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nutrition Services Supervisor
responsible for overseeing patient meal service programs and
staff.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee patient meal service, retail areas, and
production areas
Direct program and staff to provide quality, cost-effective
nutrition services
Ensure compliance with standards and procedures for meal service
and retail food programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of an Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience
in lieu of a degree
Two or more years of supervisory experience in a food service or
retail setting
Experience with MS Office applications and nutrition-related
software
Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer service-oriented
food service environment
